The main bedroom has a Queen Bed, and built-in wardrobe, and bedroom two features two singles and one set of single bunks also with a built-in wardrobe. All linen is provided.
It is fully self-contained with a kitchen with modern appliances including, Fridge, Microwave, Electric Stove/Oven, Slow Cooker, Electric Frying Pan, Toaster, Kettle and a Coffee Pod Coffee Machine.
The combined lounge/dining room features a slow combustion fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a Smart TV which can be hot spotted to watch streaming services, DVD player, with an extensive library available to borrow at reception, CD player and there are also magazines and games for your enjoyment.
It has magnificent views of the valley and Hunter River from the outdoor deck which also has an outdoor setting, jacuzzi spa and outdoor BBQ. You may even be lucky enough to spot passing kangaroos, wallabies, native birds, parrots, goannas, kookaburras and many other animals.
Parking is underneath the cottage in the fully fenced yard, which makes this cottage perfect to bring your pets along to. However, we ask that you control their interaction with our wildlife and farm animals.
Whether It Be Sitting On The Veranda In The Warmer Months And Immersing Yourself In The Amazing Valley Views Or Curling Up By The Fire In The Winter And Simply Relaxing Every Season Is Different Here.

“Eloise and Troy’s place is beautiful, peaceful and well accommodated. We really enjoyed all of the activities we could do on their property – the picnic and sunset were a real delight! The highland cows were always fun to watch from the balcony. The jacuzzi was exactly what we needed – we loved that we could relax and unwind. The cabin was clean and tidy! We enjoyed the box of goodies upon arrival – thank you so much Eloise and Troy! We cannot recommend this place enough. Hoping to be back again!
