THE ROCKHOUSE - The Rockhouse is built from bush rock, it has a loft upstairs with a bedroom either end. A queen bed in one bedroom and a queen and set of bunks (2 single)in the second bedroom. It has a Jacuzzi spa, which is in a room on the veranda with large glass windows. It is fully self-contained with kitchen, has an outdoor setting, bush BBQ, wood fire, air-conditioning, colour TV, CD player, DVD Player, hair dryer and linen provided with views of the valley and Hunter River.

BLUEGUM COTTAGE -The Bluegum Cottage is a private fully self-contained cottage with a Jacuzzi spa on the deck. It has two bedrooms, a queen in one bedroom and a queen and set of bunks (2 singles) in the second bedroom. Splendid views of the valley and Hunter River. Fully self contained with kitchen, an outdoor setting on the veranda, wood fire, air-conditioning, bush BBQ, colour TV, CD player, DVD Player, hair dryer , linen provided and parking underneath.

CEDAR COTTAGE - The Cedar cottage is a private fully self-contained cottage with Jacuzzi spa on the deck. It has 2 bedrooms a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 singles and a set of bunks (2 singles) in the second bedroom. It has magnificent views of the valley and Hunter River. Fully self contained kitchen, an outdoor setting on the veranda, wood fire, colour TV, CD player, DVD Player, hair dryer, bush BBQ, linen provided, air-conditioning and parking underneath.

OLIVE COTTAGE - The Olive Cottage is a private fully self-contained one bedroom cottage with a queen sized brass bed and a large triangular spa bath in the lounge bedroom area. It is fully self contained , kitchen, bathroom, wood fire, air-conditioning, CD player, colour TV, DVD Player, hair dryer, veranda, outdoor setting, BBQ, linen provided and superb views of the valley and Hunter River.

IRONBARK LODGE - Ironbark Lodge is the former main residence and sleeps up to 10 people. It is a split level open plan cottage and has an enormous front deck with gas BBQ & Outdoor Setting for parties and entertaining. On the upper level deck is a jacuzzi hot tub which overlooks the swimming pool and has amazing views over the Hunter Valley.
